Put the Poly B checker on your site
Realtors, mortgage brokers, and home inspectors field the Poly B question constantly. Give your visitors the answer on your own site: the same national address checker that powers this library, free, one copy-paste.

The embed code
Paste this anywhere HTML is accepted: website builders, WordPress blocks, listing pages. The attribution line stays with the widget; that’s the licence.
What your visitors get
Any Canadian address returns a build-era Poly B likelihood: curated neighbourhood polygons where we have them, Statistics Canada census build periods everywhere else, with honest wording that describes areas, never specific homes. The data and methodology live openly on this site: 1,600+ neighbourhood profiles, 119 city profiles, and the full reference library behind them.
Terms, in plain language
Free for any legitimate website, commercial or not. Keep the attribution link intact, don’t present the results as your own dataset or as a home inspection, and don’t frame the widget in a way that hides where the data comes from. We may update the widget’s behaviour and wording as the data improves; embeds always get the current version. If you’re doing something bigger, like plugging the data into your own product, reach the team through the publisher block below and we’ll talk.
Who this is for
The realtor’s guide covers how agents handle Poly B listings end to end; this widget puts the first answer on your own domain. Inspectors and brokers: the identification guide and insurer coverage tracker are built to be shared with clients too.
