Will a home inspector catch Poly B?
The straight answer
Not reliably, unless asked. Inspectors are not required to identify supply pipe material, and purchases close with buyers unaware. Tell your inspector explicitly to identify the supply plumbing, including the PB2110 stamp check, and to distinguish Poly B from PEX.
